Description:
Rosé NV, with base vintage 2016, is a blend of 44% Chardonnay, 31% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier which produce this salmon pink wine with a stream of fine bubbles. Partial barrel fermentation and 30 months lees ageing in bottle provide layers of complexity behind a nose of roasted strawberry and butter pastry. The palate is light and refreshing with cranberry and strawberry flavours reminiscent of summer fruit pudding.
A wine suited to all occasions, drinking equally well on its own or with light seafood dishes. Perfect now or age for up to 3 years.
